GRANGE FARM CARAVAN SITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

i. When the following words with capital letters are used in these Terms, this is what they will mean:

• “Booking:” your booking for the Site Pitch;

• “Deposit:” an advance booking deposit is required for bookings of two nights or more;

• “Site Pitch:” our provision of pitch(es) and related services to you for which you are paying for, as set out in the Booking;

• “Terms:” the terms and conditions set out in this document; and • “We/Our/Us:” Grange Farm CL, Certified Site

2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

i. These are the terms and conditions on which We provide a Site Pitch to you.

ii. Please ensure that you read these Terms carefully, and check that the details on the Booking are complete and accurate. If you think that there is a mistake or require any changes, please contact Us, as discussed in Clause 5

iii. By submitting a Booking you are agreeing to these Terms and you agree to adhere to the Site rules.

3. HOW TO BOOK

i. When you submit the Booking to Us (whether by phone, post or by email), this does not mean We have accepted your Booking for Services. Our acceptance of the Booking will take place as described in Clause 3.2. If We are unable to supply you with the Services, We will inform you of this and We will not process the Booking.

ii. These Terms will become binding on you and Us when We provide you with booking confirmation for the Booking which will be in writing to you (booking confirmations are sent via email)

iii. Our caravan site is primarily for the purposes of recreational touring and as such, is being utilised for recreational touring purposes only. In view of this, the following policy is in place:

a. Campers are not permitted to stay for more than 28 consecutive nights, or 28 nights within one calendar month. Should this threshold be reached, they will be required to leave the site, for a period of 5 consecutive nights. During this 5-night period, campers are not permitted to leave their unit or any other belongings on site; everything must be removed ahead of a return visit.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

i. The price of the Services will be those quoted by Us to you at the time We confirm your Booking. Our prices may be subject to change or correction at any time, but price changes will not affect Bookings that We have confirmed with you.

ii. We will ask you to make an advance payment Deposit as notified to you at the time of Booking (which will be 2 nights for bookings of 3 days or more) If the total cost of the Booking is equal to or less than the minimum Deposit, we will charge the full cost at the time you make the booking. Your rights to a refund of the Deposit on cancellation are set out in Clause 8.

iii. We will provide confirmation of your Booking and the balance of the price less the deposit is payable by you upon arrival at site.

5. HOW TO CANCEL

i. If you wish to cancel your Booking you may amend/cancel a Booking for Services by contacting Us.

ii. If you cancel the Booking and you have paid a Deposit for Services that have not been provided to you, We will either refund such Deposit or amend the booking.

iii. If you cancel in 30 days or less prior to the first day of the Booking or during your stay other than under Clause 5.a, your Deposit is non-refundable. iv. customers can amend or move their Pitch Booking before the first day of the Booking by contacting Us direct. v. If you arrive on Site but are not happy with any part of the Site and want to leave within 24 hours of arriving, We will offer you the following: a. a cancellation of the remaining of your Booking in which case We will refund to you any unused camping fees already paid at the point of cancellation subject to any minimum booking period. For example, if an overnight stay has been completed, either the fees for one night or the minimum booking period will be retained by Us.

6. CHANGES TO BOOKING OR TERMS

i. We may revise these Terms or the Booking from time to time under any circumstances, at any time up until the day of arrival. We will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and endeavour to provide an alternative where practicable. If we amend or cancel your Booking, we will transfer your Deposit to another booking or refund it to you however, compensation payments will not be payable to you in any circumstances.

ii. Where this means a change in the total price of the Services, We will notify you of the amended price in writing or via email. You can choose to cancel the Booking before it is fulfilled in accordance with Clause 5 in these circumstances. Any amendments to Booking are subject to pitch availability and any complete amendment to the dates of the Booking will constitute a cancellation.

7. PROVIDING SERVICES

i. We will supply the Services to you from the date set out in the Booking until the date set out in the Booking.

8. ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES

i. Other than as provided in Clause 5 below, if you leave the site early for any reason (including weather conditions which We do not regard as being too severe for camping) your fees for the Booking will be non-refundable.

ii. If adverse circumstances result in Us cancelling your Booking at any time, a full refund of Deposit and/or camping fees will be made. If the site needs to be evacuated in an emergency situation and there is not sufficient time to process a refund on site, refunds will be arranged as soon as possible after the evacuation.

9. OUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL

i. We may exercise Our discretion and cancel the contract for any Services and products at any time with immediate effect, including if you are in breach of the Site Policy.
