There are many villages and towns that have good cafes, walks, shops and places of interest. Review the Norfolk Tourist Information website to get a feel of what and where to go.
As we have a nature focus at the farm, we recommend you visit the following nature rich places
Hickling Broad, Strumpshaw, Ranworth, Horsey Beach, Upton Dyke Walk, Buckenham Marshes, Barton Broad, Cley.
Here is a list of towns that are a near to us and are wort a visit; Stalham, Acle, Ludham, Wroxham, Coltishall, Aylsham, Cromer, Holt, Sherringham. These towns/villages are in close proximity to the following points of interest like; Broads Museum, Howhill Ludham, Waxham Barns, Woodforde’s Brewery, Horsey Mill, Blickling Hall, Sandringham Estate, Holkham Estate
The following are good for family outings; Bure Valley Railway, Bewilderwood, Wroxham Barns, Pettittis Park, Thrigby Hall

The fine city of Norwich boasts a good variety of shopping with its small streets of boutique shops to well-equipped and extensive shopping malls. In addition there are cinemas, pubs, theatres and other places worth visiting.
Seaside towns – Sherringham and Cromer offer the usual seaside amenities. Sherringham having a train station. Cromer its pier offers a pleasurable stroll and view.
